A typical 25 minute visit would be 2 10 minute sessions with a 5 minute break between and 5 additional minutes to shower and dress after.
8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

You can get 10% off our regular prices on the next quiet day, there is one once per fortnight but you have to phone to find out which day and book ahead.
